Do you take insurance, and how does that work?
I am an out of network provider and I do not take insurance. I will provide the necessary forms to allow you to submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network benefits.
What are my treatment modalities?
Dr. Garretson is trained in evidence based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and uses multiple modalities to treat each patient. She is also trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
No Surprises Act
In compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect on January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to notify clients of their federal rights and protections against “surprise billing.” Under this act, health care providers are required to provide clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. According to this act, You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.You should receive your Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your service. Please ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
